By clicking on the I Accept button on this form, you are placing your electronic signature on the following contract: You hereby agree to grant MagicPrints permission to charge the above credit card for all fees and charges, including applicable taxes, set forth above and you agree to pay all such fees and charges. You agree that you are 18 years of age or older and represent that all information provided by you above is accurate, complete and up-to-date. You also agree and represent that you have reviewed and approved the product which you are purchasing and that no refund may be granted for any reason whatsoever, except with written permission or approval from MagicPrints. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card for any reason, your order will be void. Credit cards are accepted on this page for the sole purpose of making a purchase. Federal law prohibits the use of a credit card that is knowingly stolen, forged, revoked or cancelled, unauthorized use, or used by a minor. Should anyone try to use a credit card/fake card number in the above way they will be subject to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

This Agreement shall be governed by New York law, without reference to its conflicts of laws provisions. The County of Erie, State of New York, is designated as the place of trial for any action or proceeding arising from or in any way connected to this Agreement. To the extent that any portion of this Agreement is deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, the unenforceable provisions shall be deemed eliminated, but only to the extent necessary to permit the remaining provisions to be enforced.

Regarding next day shipments: MagicPrints.com shall not be liable for any order delayed due to war risks, acts of god, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, nuclear damage, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts of customs agents, or any other cause not under the control of MagicPrints.com.
